1. If the joint of the intake pipe and the outlet pipe leaks, when the screwdriver does not solve the problem, the filler should be added or replaced. 2. The pressure gauge and valve should be checked regularly, and if there is any failure, they should be replaced or repaired in time. 3. When cleaning the fermentation tank, please use a soft brush to scrub, and do not use a hard device to scratch, so as not to damage the surface of the fermentation tank. 4. Supporting instruments should be checked once a year to ensure normal use. 5. Electrical equipment such as electrical appliances, instruments, sensors, etc. are strictly prohibited from direct contact with water and steam to prevent moisture. 6. When the equipment is out of use, it should be cleaned in time to drain the remaining water in the fermentation tank and the pipes; loosen the lid of the fermentation tank and the hand hole screws to prevent deformation of the sealing ring. 7. Carbon steel equipment such as operating platforms and thermostatic water tanks should be painted regularly (once a year) to prevent corrosion. 8. Check the oil level of the reducer frequently. If the lubricating oil is not enough, it needs to be increased in time. 9. Regularly replace the lubricating oil of the reducer to extend its service life. 10. If the fermentation tank is not in use for the time being, the fermentation tank needs to be emptied and the remaining water in the tank and in each pipeline needs to be exhausted.

At present, the economical and practical air sterilization method in the fermentation industry uses a regularly sterilized medium to intercept the microorganisms contained in the flowing air and obtain sterile air. Commonly used filter media are cotton, activated carbon or glass fiber, organic synthetic fibers, organic and inorganic sintered materials, etc.Since the particles of microorganisms in the filtered aerosol are very small, generally only 0.5~2µm, and the material of the filter medium is generally larger than the pore size of the particles several times to dozens of times the diameter, therefore, the filtration mechanism is more complex.At the same time, due to the influence of the oil mist brought in by the air during the compression process and the water mist condensed by the water vapor, the filtration factors change more.When the pores of the filter medium are smaller than or the diameter of the particles being filtered, it is usually called filtration.With the development of industry, the filter medium has gradually been filtered from the material cotton to the filter medium of glass fiber, fine glass fiber and other pouring materials and the filtration of microporous ultrafiltration membranes.At present, membrane materials are used for air sterilization in many fermentation plants, and good results have been obtained.
